AOGV Mechanical Isolation System

This animation shows the main operational steps using an AOGV Mechanical Isolation System to replace a valve on the drain line of a flare knockout drum. It is based on a real-life example – the AOGV avoids draining, venting, purging and flushing of the system.

Imagine maintenance without downtime.

Keep your revenue stream running. This animation shows you how you can maintain critical parts of your process system while keeping your main process running. In addition you can save time by significantly reducing or fully mitigating time spent on draining, venting, purging and flushing.

Using Izomax AOGV Mechanical Isolation System for the replacement of Butterfly Valves

We have further developed the use of AOGV technology to enable direct replacement of wafer type butterfly valves on live systems. By utilising the same main operational steps as for a standard AOGV operation, we can extract and replace a passing or stuck valve while the remainder of the system is still pressurized and in operation.
