Replacing valves is the most frequent AOGV mechanical isolation operation. The AOGV can be installed on the flange of the valve resulting in a significant reduction in the isolated segment compared to the alternative methods. Izomax have the flexibility to adapt the AOGV mechanical isolation tool to the valve body geometry should this be necessary.

Whilst the major upside of the AOGV mechanical isolation method is to avoid a shutdown, we normally experience reduced preparation and execution times. The AOGV mechanical isolation system is a unique alternative to breaking the system integrity even when shutdowns cannot be totally avoided.
