FPSO
FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) or FSO (Floating Storage and Offloading) vessel uptime is essential to the entire field or asset ecosystem. Any major downtime on the critical path may lead to single or multi-well production shutdown. With this in mind, Operators recognize that maintenance strategy – including contingency strategies, are vitally important for safe and efficient vessel operations.
Where FPSO or FSO classification is planned whilst in operation, Izomax has solutions addressing tank tops, sea water in and outlets, valve inspection, repair and maintenance or tank isolation for in-hull inspection.
Izomax deployed one of our very early AOGV mechanical isolation systems as a key component of an FPSO temporary shutdown, where our system enabled using a converted tanker to supplement offtake and storage – allowing production to continue uninterrupted.
Even valves and piping below the vessel waterline can be safely replaced using the Izomax AOGV mechanical isolation system, without need to mobilise external subsea plugging systems.
Whether your challenge is around processing, flow lines, valves or tank repair and access, Izomax is the premier service provider with the experience to lower your cost and increase your uptime.
Applications
The AOGV provides positive isolation without any physical modifications or
lasting impact to the process plant.
