Over the past two decades, Eirik has displayed an exceptional track record, holding various management and Board of Director roles across multiple industries, but mainly focusing on the oil and gas industry over the last ten years. Educated at BI Business School, Eirik specialises in international growth strategies. Presently, he is Chairman of all IK-Group’s companies, leveraging his profound knowledge and leadership prowess.

Geir earned an MSc in Business & Administration from Bodø Business School in 2002 and an MSc in International Business from Queensland University of Technology in 2005. His professional journey started at Ifokus Engineering in 2006 as a Project Accountant, later transitioning to IK in 2008 as a Finance Controller. His commitment and contributions led to his promotion to Chief Financial Officer in 2011, a role he has held since then.

Rune brings over 30 years of industry expertise from diverse operational and leadership roles within the energy services company Baker Hughes. He holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and focuses on overseeing the group’s worldwide expansion, steering acquisition processes, stewarding brand management, and nurturing pivotal client relationships.

Svein Tore has more than 10 years of experience leading operations and projects in several industries. He holds a master’s degree in offshore engineering and prides himself on his strong attention to detail. Svein Tore is responsible for sales and business development and leads the R&D team.
