Are you a skilled technician who thrives in an organized and well-maintained workshop? Do you enjoy working systematically and keeping things in order? We are looking for a Workshop Technician to join our team – and this role is strictly in-house!
About You
- You thrive in hands-on environments working alongside great teams of dedicated technicians.
- You have experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar role
- Organized and systematic approach to work
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in the workshop
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing of equipment
- Keep the workshop tidy and organized
- Have good business acumen and delivery focused
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards
- Full responsibility for building and maintaining an AOGV to ensure optimal functionality and reliability
Qualifications and Expectations
- Certificate of apprenticeship in industrial mechanical, agricultural engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Experience with pressurized systems and/or piping is preferred
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
