Our groundbreaking solution, AOGV, is a game-changer in the Oil and Gas industry, particularly during Shutdowns, Turnarounds, and Outages. ABOUT YOU

You’re a skilled and dedicated Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including designing, developing, and reviewing fabrication documentation while ensuring the highest standards of quality control. You will also serve as a key liaison between clients and suppliers. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to participate in on-site activities, such as field engineering and surveys, both onshore and offshore

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform detailed design and construction of tools and systems pending skills and expertise.
  • Develop and review fabrication documentation.
  • Develop, based on experience and skills, custom based design.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations.
  • Provide input to design for tenders and for projects.
  • Develop engineering, project, maintenance, and user documentation.
  • Provide necessary input to procurement and execute if necessary.
  • Provide input to project cost and planning activities.
  • Follow up supplier quality.
  • Perform QC on received parts.
  • Follow up assembly and testing activity in Izomax Workshop.
  • Perform surveys.
  • Actively participate in and if changes occurring any time during the project to ensure execution readiness in all project phases.
  • Follow up and take active part in IK HSE&Q policy and requirements according to duties in the Izomax ERP system.
  • Participate in SJA and other relevant risk mitigation activities.
  • Understand and act according to Izomax Core Values and Mission & Statement.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry, showcasing a solid foundation in engineering practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • CAD Proficiency: Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor CAD or other 3D CAD systems, showcasing your capability to leverage these tools effectively.
