Last week, the Izomax sales team gathered in Amsterdam for our annual sales seminar in Amsterdam, bringing together colleagues from across our global regions.
Colleagues travelled in from across our global regions, including Norway, the UK, the US, Poland, Canada, and Australia, bringing together the full team for focused discussions on how we continue to strengthen our commercial efforts.
Throughout the week, the agenda covered key areas shaping our business. From leadership perspectives and company direction to financial status and commercial priorities, the sessions provided a clear view of where we stand today and where we are heading. We reviewed pipeline development, key opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives, alongside discussions on how we continue to improve the way we work.

A strong focus was placed on internal processes and collaboration. This included process mapping, sales support structures, and ongoing improvements to our CRM systems. We also explored the role of marketing in supporting commercial activities, and how closer alignment across teams helps strengthen both efficiency and impact.
In addition, sessions on value-added resellers and partnerships highlighted the importance of collaboration beyond our own organisation, and how these relationships contribute to delivering value to our customers.
While the agenda was full, the week also provided valuable time to connect as a team. Bringing together colleagues from different regions creates an opportunity to share perspectives, strengthen relationships, and ensure we move forward with a common understanding and direction.
