Mission: (Im)possible

Posted on: June 4th, 2025 by Ane Andersen

Something has been taking shape behind the scenes at Izomax this spring, and the countdown has officially begun.

Sparked by an idea from Project Neon and filmed with Moxey, this piece explores the kinds of missions the AOGV is built for.

To mark the occasion, we hosted a series of closed cinema events for clients, suppliers, and partners in Stavanger, Aberdeen, and Hammerfest. Each evening featured a technical presentation of a case study from the field and a private screening of the latest Mission: Impossible film: The Final Reckoning.

Our very first event was hosted by Sales Manager Gina and Senior Engineer Jostein in the same city as our HQ: Stavanger. Later that same week, Project Manager Stephanie travelled to Aberdeen to co-host our second event together with UK Sales Manager Lynne. 1700 km north of Aberdeen, our third and final event took place in Hammerfest, where Gina was joined by Project Manager Odd Magne for the last mission briefing.

But this is not the end. Our Mission Forces not only presented how the AOGV solution has taken on some of its most complex and critical missions to date – they also revealed the classified Izomax mission of our own making.

The full reveal goes live 05.06.2025.

Meet us at the Banff Pipeline Workshop 2025

Posted on: April 4th, 2025 by Ane Andersen

Izomax is pleased to announce our participation in the Banff Pipeline Workshop 2025, taking place from April 7 to 10 in Banff, Alberta. This event brings together pipeline industry professionals to discuss advancements in pipeline integrity, safety, and risk management.

Representing Izomax at the workshop will be Tarryl Hektner, our Business Development & Client Manager in Canada. Izomax will be sharing a stand with Red Flame at the event. Tarryl will be available to discuss how our AOGV mechanical isolation system enables safe and efficient pipeline maintenance without the need for process shutdowns.

The AOGV is a patented mechanical isolation tool that provides positive isolation while maintaining system integrity. By allowing maintenance to occur without stopping production, it helps operators avoid the risks associated with shutdown delays and unplanned outages.

If you are attending the Banff Pipeline Workshop 2025, we invite you to connect with Tarryl at Floor 3, Exhibition Room 306, Booth 59. Reach out in advance to schedule a meeting or visit us during the event.
