Overview

The patented Izomax AOGV mechanical isolation system installs a barrier between a flange pair on a pressurized system whilst in continuous operation. Unlike alternative isolation technologies, the AOGV allows our customers to safely isolate process segments for inspection, maintenance, or repair without a cashflow shutdown!

The AOGV mechanical isolation system was used to allow the replacement of a passing valve on a Butane storage and export system on one of the largest processing plants in Europe. The use of the AOGV avoided substantial conventional isolation and gas-freeing activities, saving time, cost, and environmental impacts.
