Overview

The patented Izomax AOGV mechanical isolation system installs a barrier between a flange pair on a pressurized system whilst in continuous operation. Unlike alternative isolation technologies, the AOGV allows our customers to safely isolate process segments for inspection, maintenance, or repair without a cashflow shutdown!

Two  Isolations were performed utilising the Izomax mechanical isolation system on the drain line of the flare knock-out drum on an offshore LNG re-gasification terminal to facilitate the modification and installation of an equalization line. The selection of the Izomax solution avoided a full plant shutdown and associated start-up costs.
