From customer visits and project activity to awareness initiatives and upcoming events, it’s been a busy period across the Izomax team.
In Rotterdam, we joined colleagues from across IK Group at the Aramco Technology Roadshow, where Business Developer Morten Sirevåg presented how the AOGV can increase reliability without shutdowns.
Across North America, activity continues both on site and in the office. Our new facilities in The Woodlands are taking shape while teams have been busy visiting customer sites, progressing projects, and preparing for upcoming work.
Back in Stavanger, May gave us plenty to celebrate. Across locations, teams marked the Norwegian National Day, while employees swapped workwear for football jerseys during Fotballtrøyefredag to help raise awareness for children and young people affected by cancer. The initiative came from employees and highlighted an important cause in a simple but visible way.
May concluded at Energistafetten, where the Izomax team represented both on and off the track. Together with our sister companies IK Topside, IK Subsea, and Norclamp, we sponsored Etappe 2 as part of IK Group, while our running team IZO-motion improved on last year’s result and proved the competitive spirit is still very much alive.
Also out in the field is Thyra, our pink AOGV. Created as part of an Izomax initiative to increase visibility around Pink Ribbon and breast cancer research within the industry, Thyra is currently supporting a major tie-in and isolation scope on a live gas system. Whenever Thyra is deployed, Izomax donates to the Pink Ribbon campaign on behalf of both Izomax and the client once the project is completed. Read more about the Thyra initiative here.

Right now, Sales Manager Norway Gina Charlott Bergseteren is in Canada attending Valve World Americas together with SLB, working closely with Business Development Consultant Tarryl Hektner. You’ll find her at the SLB stand – A06.
Later this month, Sales Director Allan Martin will join Sales Manager Alex Follington at Valve World Asia, where Alex will present: Streamline Maintenance – Replace Valves without Shutdown.
Safe to say, there is plenty happening across regions, and plenty more ahead.
