2025, the Izomax way

As 2025 comes to an end, we look back on a year filled with new colleagues, busy project schedules, packed event calendars, and the occasional Mission Impossible moment. This Izomax 2025 review reflects a year worth talking about. Here’s the short version.

We started the year by moving into our new dedicated headquarters at Lagerveien 17 in Forus, Stavanger. The official opening brought together clients, suppliers and partners, and Stavanger Mayor Tormod Wilson Losnedal performed the opening ceremony.

As the year progressed, we welcomed 20 new colleagues across our global offices, strengthening teams in Sales, Engineering, QHSE and Logistics. We also expanded our engineering capabilities through the acquisition of IK Engineering, now operating as Izomax Engineering, with the team in Gdańsk supporting projects and growth across our global operations.

Operationally, 2025 was a busy one. We introduced 13 new tools into the AOGV fleet and completed 79 isolations across APAC, the Americas, Europe and Africa. The work spanned a wide range of systems, locations and operating conditions, reflecting the growing demand for shutdown-free mechanical isolation.

The year also kept us on the road. The Izomax team attended 21 events and conferences across five continents, meeting operators, partners and industry peers. From Banff to Brazil, and from Offshore Europe to ADIPEC, these events gave us the opportunity to share experiences, discuss challenges, and stay close to the markets we work in.

The year also included one Mission Impossible film, three cinema events, a pink-coated AOGV, and a visit to a falcon market in Qatar.

Reflecting on 2025 also brings perspective. What started as an idea and a five-person department in 2017 has continued to develop into a growing global company. In May, Izomax was awarded yet another multi-country MSA with one of the world’s largest energy companies, reinforcing the trust placed in the AOGV and the teams delivering it across regions.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey this year – colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners. Together, we’ll continue to redefine what’s possible in 2026.

Happy new year!
