Strategy, Growth, and a View of the Fjords

To kick off the second half of 2025, the Izomax sales team gathered in Stavanger for a week of alignment, updates, and strategic planning.

Our team travelled in from across the globe, representing key regions including Australia, the UK, Canada, the US, and Norway. Over the course of a few eventful days, we heard updates from our department heads, aligned on core priorities and initiatives, welcomed presentations from our sister companies, and discussed our marketing and commercial direction for the rest of the year.

And while strategy was top of the agenda, we also took time to explore Stavanger region and build team spirit.
