Educated at BI Business School, Eirik specialises in international growth strategies. Presently, he is Chairman of all IK-Group’s companies, leveraging his profound knowledge and leadership prowess.

Rune brings over 30 years of industry expertise from diverse operational and leadership roles within the energy services company Baker Hughes. He holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and focuses on overseeing the group’s worldwide expansion, steering acquisition processes, stewarding brand management, and nurturing pivotal client relationships.

Svein Tore has more than 10 years of experience leading operations and projects across several industries. He holds a master’s degree in offshore engineering and is known for his strong attention to detail. As Director of Customer Solutions, Svein Tore focuses on understanding customer needs and addressing complex operational challenges. He works closely with customers and partners to ensure Izomax solutions continue to deliver high value while supporting the company’s strategic market growth.

Mona Alavi brings more than a decade of experience from the marine and offshore industry, where she has worked across technical and project management roles. She holds a degree in marine technology, which underpins her track record in operational planning, asset integrity, and offshore project execution, always with an emphasis on safety and dependable results.

Lena Karlsson formerly held multiple roles at Baker Hughes/GE Oil & Gas, spanning from project management, coordination, sales support, and bid management. Consistently recognized for meeting deadlines, improving processes, and supporting both internal teams and clients. Holds an Executive MBA with a specialization in strategy.
