Overview

The patented Izomax AOGV mechanical isolation system installs a barrier between a flange pair on a pressurized system whilst in continuous operation. Unlike alternative isolation technologies, the AOGV allows our customers to safely isolate process segments for inspection, maintenance, or repair without a cashflow shutdown!

Two isolations were performed using the Izomax AOGV mechanical isolation system to enable replacement of an emergency shutdown valve on the drain line of a flare knock-out drum. The use of AOGV for the valve replacement on the flare system prevented a full plant shutdown.
