Alex brings over 15 years of technical sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry. His diverse background includes working closely with established and new operators in the Australian market across greenfield and brownfield projects. With his specialty valve sales background, Alex is eager to introduce the AOGV to customers in the APAC region and explore how Izomax can address their challenges.

Lynne has over 10 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with experience growing the UK & European market in management and sales engineer positions. Lynne joined Izomax in January 2024 and is responsible for sales and continuous business growth for the UK.

Marek has amassed 15 years of engineering expertise in mechanical design, with a particular focus on subsea clamp solutions. He has played an active role in offshore installations for both topside and subsea projects. Prior to founding BALTEER, later known as IK Engineering, Marek was part of the IK Group team based in Norway, where he specialized in the Subsea Business Area. He holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and has experience in company management. Following Izomax’s acquisition of IK Engineering in April 2025, the company now operates as Izomax Engineering, where Marek serves as Managing Director.

Tarryl has 18 years of experience in the Oil and Gas and Energy sector across Canada and Australia. Her international opportunities have developed sales experience in Offshore LNG, Oil Sands, SAGD, Petrochemical, Hydrogen and CO2. Tarryl joined the Izomax team in August 2024 and is responsible for Business Development and Client Management across Canada.

Svein Tore has more than 10 years of experience leading operations and projects across several industries. He holds a master’s degree in offshore engineering and is known for his strong attention to detail. As Director of Customer Solutions, Svein Tore focuses on understanding customer needs and addressing complex operational challenges. He works closely with customers and partners to ensure Izomax solutions continue to deliver high value while supporting the company’s strategic market growth. View bio
