ABOUT YOU 

• You are an experienced and structured professional with a strong technical understanding
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and work well across disciplines
• You have experience managing projects and coordinating activities between clients and internal teams
• You are able to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• You are confident leading, motivating, and mentoring others when needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Initiate and plan projects based on contracts and tenders in accordance with PM guidelines
• Execute projects according to the Izomax Business Management System and adjust project steps as needed
• Manage CTRs and project resources, including internal kick-offs and client communication
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project plans, costs, and change control (VO/VORs)
• Participate in accrual meetings and follow up on customer feedback and improvement activities
• Identify contractual risks to minimize losses and maximize opportunities
• Prepare invoices and ensure proper project close-out
• Mentor Junior Project Managers when required
• Follow QHSE policies and act in accordance with Izomax Core Values and Mission

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

• MSc or BSc in Engineering (relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education)
• Preferably experience from the oil and gas industry
• Professional or practical experience in project management, preferably within complex or cross-disciplinary projects
• Proven experience planning, executing, and delivering projects within time, cost, and quality constraints
• Technical background with solid technical understanding
• Commercial experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
