Rune brings over 30 years of industry expertise from diverse operational and leadership roles at Baker Hughes, as well as most recently serving as EVP for IK Group. He holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School. As Vice President, Rune is dedicated to expanding Izomax's presence across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the APAC regions.

Svein Tore has more than 10 years of experience leading operations and projects across several industries. He holds a master’s degree in offshore engineering and is known for his strong attention to detail. As Director of Customer Solutions, Svein Tore focuses on understanding customer needs and addressing complex operational challenges. He works closely with customers and partners to ensure Izomax solutions continue to deliver high value while supporting the company’s strategic market growth.

Anne has 15 years’ experience from the oil & gas industry within various operational and leadership positions in Baker Hughes. Anne is responsible for ensuring operational support and the right resource allocation bring success to each and every job.

Kristoffer holds a background in petroleum and mechanical engineering from the University of Stavanger. As head of Izomax's technical department, he oversees AOGV technology, focusing on design authority, standardization, and documentation to support operations and partners. His work emphasizes problem-solving and process optimization.

Merita has a degree in Business Administration and Management and studied international economy and business. She has previous experience in logistics, export, and digitalization and joined Izomax from AM Nutrition. Merita is responsible for Project controlling, financial KPI’s and forecasting.

Nafiseh holds an MSc in Process Engineering and brings over 20 years of experience in the oil and energy sector, with expertise in hazard management, including process safety, risk management, and emergency preparedness. She has worked on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and international projects since 2003, leading HAZIDs, HAZOPs, design reviews, and audits across all project phases. Her background spans operators, EPC contractors, and consultancy roles, with extensive knowledge of offshore operations, NORSOK, Havtil, and global industry standards. At Izomax, Nafiseh is responsible for strengthening QHSE performance across all areas of operation.
