We’re now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join us in Stavanger, Norway

Join the Izomax team in redefining what’s possible in mechanical isolation.

With our AOGV tool, we deliver safe intervention on live systems – eliminating the need for shutdowns, hot work, and downtime. Our work is primarily within the oil and gas and energy sector, with more than 300 projects completed worldwide.

The job

As part of our continued international growth, we are establishing the role of Supply Chain Manager.

This is a key position focused on strengthening Izomax’s operational platform and ensuring we are well equipped to support increasing activity and project deliveries across global markets.

You will be responsible for developing and professionalising our supply chain function, from strategic sourcing and supplier development to material management, warehousing, and logistics. The role will ensure robust supplier relationships, high material availability, and efficient processes that support our global projects and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sourcing and procurement strategies
  • Negotiating and managing supplier agreements and contracts
  • Developing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance
  • Ensuring efficient management of warehousing, logistics, material flow, and material availability for projects and operations
  • Optimising working capital, inventory levels, and security of supply
  • Establishing KPIs and governance for the supply chain function
  • Driving continuous improvement, standardisation, and digitalisation initiatives

 

Qualifications and Expectations

To succeed in this role, you should have: 

  • Experience within supply chain, procurement, logistics, or similar functions in a technical or industrial environment
  • Experience with sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and supplier performance
  • Understanding of material management, warehousing, and logistics
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality, cost, and risk
  • Relevant higher education
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership and driving continuous improvement
