In-Situ Valve Repair on Gas Export line
Overview
The patented Izomax AOGV mechanical isolation system installs a barrier between a flange pair on a pressurized system whilst in continuous operation. Unlike alternative isolation technologies, the AOGV allows our customers to safely isolate process segments for inspection, maintenance, or repair without a cashflow shutdown!
Izomax were contracted to perform a critical isolation on a control valve for a main intercontinental gas export line. Utilizing the Izomax AOGV mechanical isolation system enabled in-situ valve repair, avoiding production and gas export shut-down.
Izomax just completed a job at our plant, the people were great and were ready to overcome any obstacles that were presented. AOGV has a bright future.
