ABOUT YOU

As we continue expanding into the US market, we are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist who can drive our growth in Upstream O&G while strengthening our existing Downstream client relationships. We seek a sales professional who is energetic, passionate, and a true team player—someone who shares our results-driven mindset with excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, representing Izomax in a professional manner that results in repeat business and ensures a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Expand the Upstream O&G client base through strategic sales initiatives within the region.
– Develop and execute robust business plans.
– Drive business development by implementing strategic plans.
– Maintain and increase sales in line with established KPIs.
– Cultivate lasting customer relationships, fostering strong engagement and satisfaction.
– Offer valuable insights into market trends and customer requirements.
– Actively engage in pertinent internal and external forums.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

– Minimum three years of experience in service sales in the oil & gas industry.
– Demonstrated contacts or an established clientele in the upstream sector.
– A collaborative team-oriented mindset is essential to contributing to our company’s growth.
– Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Strong business acumen and sense of ethics
– Excellent problem-solving skills

– Houston, TX, office-based position.
– Reporting to the Sales and Operations Manager, directly linked to Norwegian management.
