We are seeking a driven and technically savvy Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the US downstream sector, focusing on refineries, petrochemical, and other applicable industrial facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Sales Growth: Actively plan and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the downstream market.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with operators, engineers, and procurement teams at refineries, chemical plants, and applicable industrial facilities.
  • Value Selling: Understand client needs and position AOGV solutions to solve pain points in maintenance, reliability, and operations.
  • Present & Promote: Uncover and lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits. Represent Izomax at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and build visibility.
  • Contracting & Bids: Participate in RFQs, technical clarifications, create quotes, and lead commercial negotiations to close deals.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution of client projects.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications.
  • Support Broader Sales Efforts: Contribute to initiatives across other regions or teams as needed, including international travel and special projects.
  • General Sales Duties: Perform all other sales-related tasks to support growth and client satisfaction.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Min. 10 years of oil & gas sales experience, preferably in the downstream or industrial maintenance sectors.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of refinery operations, turnaround planning, and mechanical isolation practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings, site visits, and trade events.

  • Will be reporting to the US Sales Manager
