ABOUT YOU

As we continue expanding into the US market, we are seeking a Project Manager who is energetic and a true team player to be at the forefront of our innovation, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions within inspection, repair, and turnaround scopes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimize cost, quality, and lead time.
  • Manage projects according to targets set.
  • Manage quality, HSE, cost and lead time.
  • Follow up manufacturing, certification, and preparation of AOGV systems for site operations.
  • Promote the AOGV technology.
  • Provide feedback to peers and the wider Izomax organization.
  • Follow-up, consolidate and report project KPIs and results to management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Bachelor or master’s in mechanical or materials engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience.
  • Ability to deliver projects according to quality, cost and lead time.
  • Good communication and negotiating skills.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Project coordination skills.
  • Motivational skills.
  • Ability to handle a multi-cultural environment.
  • Capacity to identify and analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to apply the available tools (ERP-system, MS Office, Business Online).
  • Service-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence.
