ABOUT YOU

As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a Business Developer with a focus on inorganic growth, particularly within the Oil and Gas industry. You will be developing and managing strategic partnerships, creating a framework for expansion engagement while ensuring strong partner relationships. You see challenges as opportunities and bring both a structured and creative mindset to the table. You have a passion for operations and a commercial understanding that allows you to deliver results on a global scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the adoption of AOGV technology, focusing on companies that can benefit from integrating our solutions.
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements to increase the deployment of AOGV technology, leveraging partners’ market presence.
  • Design and implement partnership engagement packages, ensuring partners can effectively offer AOGV technology as part of their services.
  • Provide training and support to partners, equipping their teams with the skills to operate the AOGV.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align partnership efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Develop and integrate service delivery procedures that integrate seamlessly with partnership agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships.
  • Ensure all partnership activities adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSE&Q) standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably with experience from partnership development.
  • A track record of building strong, long-lasting relationships and delivering results.
  • Operational and commercial expertise in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • A strategic thinker who can manage the big picture and the details.
  • Willingness to travel extensively worldwide and adapt to diverse markets and cultures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
